The Need for a New Kind of Masculine Leadership
The old masculine leadership, which often relied on power, control, and the pursuit of wealth and status, is becoming redundant. These outdated models have left many leaders feeling empty, burnt out, and disconnected from their true purpose.
We need a new narrative that integrates core energies, honours relationships with all living beings, and creates a culture of service, compassion, and responsibility. This new form of leadership is less about ego and self-serving goals, and more about contributing to a greater good—shifting from a survive to a thrive mentality. Meet your Instructors
Rudy de Waele
Unconditional Men founder Rudy has spent his life exploring the frontiers of innovation and paradigm shifts, uniting diverse ecosystems to foster collaborative growth across art, culture, music, technology, business, regeneration, and leadership development. Since the 80s, his work has centered on creating impactful, hands-on communities that deliver meaningful value for all involved.
Today, Rudy is a thought leader, facilitator, and visionary dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs and business leaders toward a conscious, balanced approach to leadership. Rooted in core values—acting out of love over fear, respecting people and the planet, fostering regeneration, innovation, co-creation, and community—his work challenges outdated norms and inspires a new paradigm of leadership defined by courage, compassion, and authenticity.
Through transformative retreats, workshops, and online courses, Rudy crafts learning spaces for dialogue, reflection, and growth. He empowers leaders to embrace a path of self-discovery and impactful, regenerative leadership, always guided by a commitment to positive societal and planetary change.
Rowan Andrews
Co-facilitator Rowan has been coaching entrepreneurs in asset-building strategies since 2007 when he completed his training and MBA, following the sale of his own business. He has also trained in a variety of psychological and spiritual personal development modalities from which he has developed his own coaching IP.
He works with men to overcome psychologically ingrained and conditioned ways of being, thinking and behaving in the world to help them embody their natural, innate, masculine essence. He also works with couples to deepen intimacy and connection in relationships, build polarity and sexual energy, self-awareness and presence so that men and women can share fulfilling, happy, and functioning relationships.

Our story
Unconditional Men, founded by Rudy de Waele, is a collaborative platform inviting men on an evolutionary journey. In 2019, Rudy began hosting men’s circles in Ibiza, exploring deeper connections during the pandemic beyond business meetings. In 2021, he partnered with Sudhir, a seasoned facilitator, to lead circles and learning programs that resonated with many men on the island and online. After heart surgery in 2023, Rudy continued his work in Belgium, collaborating with facilitators organising local men’s circles and retreats, and co-creating A New Kind of Leadership online program, specifically designed for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Unconditional Men continues to offer diverse regional and global visionary programs fostering visionary, balanced, courageous, and compassionate leadership.
