Cathartic Leadership is a 10-week transformational journey designed for men to break through limitations, awaken their full leadership potential, and cultivate the courage, clarity, and presence needed for the future of leadership.

This program is an initiation into a new paradigm, moving beyond ineffective frameworks to offer a radically authentic, regenerative, and generative approach to leadership. This is a journey of self-leadership in community, where inner work fuels outer impact. Unconditional Men

Unconditional Men is a platform and community for evolutionary men. It empowers authentic leadership transformation in service to the regeneration of our communities and the world.

Our story

Unconditional Men, founded by Rudy de Waele, is a collaborative platform inviting men on an evolutionary journey. In 2019, Rudy began hosting men’s circles in Ibiza, exploring deeper connections during the pandemic beyond business meetings. In 2021, he partnered with Sudhir, a seasoned facilitator, to lead circles and learning programs that resonated with many men on the island and online. After heart surgery in 2023, Rudy continued his work in Belgium, collaborating with facilitators organising local men’s circles and retreats, and co-creating the Cathartic Leadership online program, specifically designed for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Unconditional Men continues to offer diverse regional and global visionary programs, on- and offline, fostering visionary, balanced, courageous, and compassionate leadership.

    All course sessions are live Zoom sessions. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the online community platform shortly after each session.

    We recommend participation in as many live Zoom sessions as possible, as it will provide you with an opportunity to engage in the dialogues and with other course participants.

    Live participation is not required, you can follow this course at your own pace.

    A community WhatsApp group is created for each course to allow participants to connect and communicate around the content of the program.
